WATER: mouth-watering interludes & cool, invigorating contrasts with crudo creations such as ceviches, rolls, delicious fresh-caught tiraditos, tartares…

AIR: the grand dessert finale!

Finally, the menu, designed by the renowned multi-star chef Mauro Colagreco, brings together all the universes to offer a dining experience unlike any other in Doha.

Relax and enjoy an exceptional range of meticulously crafted drinks in Doha’s most tranquil oasis. Both an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and the perfect lively spot, the bar and its spacious lounge area are located in the lush EARTH section of the restaurant.

The cocktail artistry of MURU’s expert mixologists is on display, with some drinks taking up to 48 hours to achieve the perfect balance of flavours.
